No. BLiNK AI can see all of the appointments that have been set by your BDC and will not overbook a time slot. You set the number of appointments you want throughout the day and BLiNK AI will fill up the calendar.

YES. BLiNK AI does this automatically. For example: If you allow 3 appointments per hour, and 2 of those appointments are already booked for advisor A and advisor B, then BLiNK AI will book the 3rd appointment for advisor C. BLiNK AI also has a “Preferred Advisor” feature. The system will look at the previous ROs and automatically book the appointment with the advisor the customer has worked with before.

Can BLiNK AI handle rotating advisor schedules- advisor shifts that change every week? Yes

Yes. BLiNK AI offers Spanish too. With your help with translation, we can schedule in practically any language.
